     MyPhoneSuit is a team-based course project developed by students from Ningbo University during the TBS Winter Seminar as part of the Digital Marketing & Analytics course. Using real digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, we turned a simple idea into a product prototype that actually runs.😁

       The project started with a simple question: in a phone case market where everything looks the same, why is it so hard to find one that actually feels like you?😣 Endless scrolling, side-by-side comparisons, and guesswork often lead to decision fatigue rather than self-expression.

       So we invited AI into the process. With just one lifestyle photo, MyPhoneSuit reads your colors, mood, and vibe, then recommends phone cases that match your personal style. Instead of asking “What do I like?” the system helps you discover “What fits me?”

Our experience design keeps things simple:

No hunting for products — your style comes to you.

        Behind the scenes, our team went from sketches and domain settings to live pages and data dashboards, testing and tweaking along the way. Watching users upload photos, click into “Shop This Style,” and move toward checkout showed us something real: digital marketing isn’t just storytelling — it’s a hands-on cycle of experiments, data, and small wins.

Somewhere along the way, MyPhoneSuit stopped feeling like a class assignment and started feeling a little more like a startup!😍😍😍
